One of the most famous and adventurous rivers in the world is the historic Mekong. Just hearing the name of it usually produces colourful images in most people’s minds.
Taking a cruise down the river is an ideal way to witness Southeast Asia’s intriguing history and cultures.
You can find riverboats that sail down the Mekong River through Cambodia and Vietnam.
Here you’ll be able to see numerous rural villages and bustling cities, as well as temples and floating markets.
Of course, you can also take in the sites of Thailand and Laos as well if you like.
