You need to either visit or re-visit some of these places. Block Island is very tame and I can list at least five very good accommodations with great restaurants. It’s a great day trip from RI and has some good shopping.

Wowww,these pictures are so amazing… I’m just speechless.I think the island is perfect for relaxation and communion with nature.I wish I can visit at least some of the places listed above. Good list!

You guys are true that Pamalican in the Philippines is a piece of heaven on earth. I have two(2) friends who went there on separate years and they have the same comment on the island, i.e., they had an amazing feeling of ultimate freedom and the best pampering they got from the resort staff.

Pamalican Island in the Philippines is the site of Amanpulo Resort, part of the Aman luxury chain of resorts. It is hardly what one would call “untamed.”
