If you’ve been working long and hard at school over the past few years and have recently graduated, here are some ideal locations to visit for celebrating the end of school or to simply relax and explore the history.

When school’s over many people love to celebrate and what better place than Dublin.

This is one of Ireland’s most youthful cities which is known for its friendly residents and abundance of historical pubs. This fabulous city comes with maritime climate and some fabulous scenery, history, and culture.

2. Paris, France

If you’re feeling romantic when school’s finished why not try out Paris. It’s a popular destination for those who are looking for the ultimate European experience.

You’ll find the beautiful city is filled with culture, fine dining, fashion, history, and natural beauty. The City of Light has it all from local cafes to the Eiffel Tower and famous cemeteries.

3. Prague, Czech Republic

If you’re looking for a more laidback city to visit in Europe then Prague’s a great choice. This historical center features the best of old Europe with plenty of things to see and do for younger adults. It’s a great place for backpackers to explore as there are dozens of winding streets to wander down.

Prague offers warm summers which are ideal for cruising down the Vltava River. The bridges and architecture are beautiful and of course, Prague is also well known for its magnificent beer.

4. Ibiza, Spain

The Spanish island retreat of Ibiza is well known as a party site for young adults. It’s filled with bustling nightclubs and warm ocean waters.

You can spend the days at the beach and the nights at the bars and clubs. The best weather reaches the island in May and lasts for the summer. It’s an ideal place to meet people or just relax and enjoy the sun and sand.

5. Rome, Italy

Rome offers dry and warm summers, fantastic food, colorful residents, and a ton of history. The city combines the best of the old and new worlds and you won’t want to miss visiting places such as the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Colosseum.

The fine dining includes pizza, pasta, wine and gelato. There are plenty of clubs to choose from as well as quieter cafes where you can enjoy a cappuccino or glass of wine.

6. Bangkok, Thailand

Thailand’s largest city has an excellent tropical climate and is a truly exotic place. You’ll find street vendors and markets below modern skyscrapers as well as tuk-tuk taxis, several amazing temples, and a truly unique nightlife.

If you’re looking for a place to party simply head over to Khoa San Road. If you’d like to explore the local countryside then a boat ride down the river is recommended. A trip to the famous Bridge on the river Kwai is also an excellent choice for a daytrip.

7. Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Dubai offers hot weather, luxury shopping, fantastic beaches, and some of the world’s most interesting structures. You can refresh yourself in the Wild Wadi Waterpark before heading to the indoor Ski Dubai site where you can enjoy your favorite winter snow sports. You’ll find a wide variety of options here as there’s something for people of all interests and ages.

8. Bali, Indonesia

Indonesia is home to more than 17,500 islands, with Bali definitely being the most popular of them all. The island offers long, hot days with crystal clear, warm waters and splendid sandy beaches. Bali is an ideal getaway for beach lovers. The colorful reefs are great for surfing, diving, and snorkeling. Once the night falls, the partying begins and you can do it all over again the next day

9. Havana, Cuba

The historic old city of Havana comes with a lively culture, sunny beaches, and a terrific nightlife. The year-round tropical weather is a bonus and it makes exploring the city’s cathedrals and colonial architecture a popular thing to do during the daytime. Cuban music, rum, and cigars are all famous as is the city’s historic Tropicana Club.

10. Amsterdam, Holland

Amsterdam has an abundance of artistic and historic attractions to visit and it’s also quite a fun and youthful city. The combination of nightlife and culture is fascinating. Some of the must-see destinations include the Anne Frank House, the old Heineken brewery, and the Van Gogh Museum. This beautiful city is best to visit between October and April when the canals and streets aren’t as busy.
