What about L’ile Maurice…or Mauritius!
Surely Mark Twain’s description as it being ‘heaven on earth’ must be evidence enough that this miniscule, stunningly beautiful island in the Indian Ocean, with its vast types of different scenery should find its way somewhere within the depths of your list?
