One of the precious gems of United States, Crater Lake National Park is perhaps the proof how time and forces of nature can shape the landscape into creating a unique piece of wild paradise.
The crater lake was created in the crater of Mazama volcanic mountain in the south Oregon. With 594 meters in depth Crater Lake is on the ninth place in the world as deep lakes are concerned. Surrounded by mountain peaks and wild forest the lake has in its middle a picturesque island the only remain of its volcanic history.
The crater lake park will leave you breathless and you will remember it for the rest of your life.
