Art.Fair 21 has been thrilling crowds in Cologne, Germany for the past eight years now and s well established as one of the best shows on the world art scene. The event features some promising new artworks as well as excellent selected current works from some of the world’s top international artists. The show takes place at Staatenhaus am Rheinpark from Oct. 29th to Nov. 1st.
All of the events and exhibitions take place under one roof with 10,000 square metres of floor space, making it easy for art lovers to view everything that’s on display in large booths and one-artist shows. The four-day event is expected to attract about 30,000 visitors.
There are about 80 to 100 galleries represented that feature artworks from the 21st Century, with a focus on artists that were born between 1970 and 1980. These include performance, paintings, new media, sculptures, and photography.
The goals of the festival are to promote 21st-century artworks, to provide galleries with an international stage, to connect curators and collectors with galleries, and to enable art-lovers to discover promising and new artists early in their careers.
The fair offers visitors an excellent chance to view works from renowned artists and passionate newcomers.
