There are many reasons to visit the sunny and warm island of Bermuda, including its sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and colourful, historic towns.

Now there’s another good reason to make the trip in 2010 as the cheerful nation will host the 15th Annual Bermuda Music Festival from Sept. 30th to Oct. 2nd.

Some of this year’s acts include Grammy Award winners such as Ziggy Marley on Sept. 30th 2010, Estelle, and Angie Stone on Oct. 1st 2010 and Toni Braxton on Oct. 2nd 2010.

These popular international artists will share the stages with some fantastic local Bermuda artists such as McCartney.K and Friends, the Chewstick Collective, and Homegrown.

This year’s event will be held at the Fairmont Southampton which is located on the South Shore Road in the picturesque town of Southampton. You can purchase tickets for any day of the event as well as three-day passes and VIP passes.

Ziggy Marley will be performing outdoors on the beach under the stars, while Angie Stone, Estelle, and Toni Braxton will entertain guests in the Fairmont’s Poinciana Ballroom.

The worldwide famous musicians will be playing an eclectic mix of music such as reggae, R&B, rap, soul, and jazz.
