One of the best ways to get some amazing views of the Swiss Alps is to take the cable car known as CabriO. This is actually an open-air gondola and is reportedly the first double-decker system in the world when it comes to cable cars. You’ll be able to breathe in the fresh mountain air as you get some incredible views of Mount Stanserhorn. The cable car’s lower deck can fit 60 passengers while the upper deck can hold another 30.
In India you’ll find the Gulmarg Gondola in the Jammu and Kashmir state in the community of Gulmarg. This is actually a popular destination with skiers and it’s been developed quite a bit recently. This system can move close to 600 passengers each hour to and from the magnificent Kongdoori Mountain, which is close to Afarwat Peak. The views are stunning along the way.

In Hong Kong, you can travel on the Ngong Ping 360 cable car. This route is just over three miles in length and it travels from the community of Tung Chung, which lies near the airport, and it takes you over to one of Lantau Island’s highest mountain peaks. The views are out of this world as you’ll see the South China Sea as well as North Lantau Country Park, as well as the Tian Tan Buddha which looks over the Po Lin Monastery.
One of Australia’s best cable cars is the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.
