If you like all types of interesting foods and drinks, you should think about heading over to Tucson, Arizona between Oct. 28th and 31st 2010, to take in four days of fun at the Tucson Culinary Festival.

The festival kicks off with the popular World Margarita Championship.

And yes, this is where visitors and numerous judges have the chance to taste a wide variety of margaritas and decide which drink is the winner.

If you’d rather eat than drink or do both at once, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy such as the Copper Chef Challenge and Barbecue. During the grand tasting portion of the event, visitors can sample more than 100 different types of spirits and wines that are produced from numerous countries around the globe.

The challenge also lets hungry guests taste an assortment of signature dishes that are expertly cooked by more than 40 local chefs from the Tucson area.

The reserve tasting event allows visitors to test some small-scale, boutique wines as well as some very special dishes that are created by several chefs from some of Tucson’s top independent restaurants. The culinary festival is a wonderful place to let your taste buds enjoy themselves.
